Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mayflower). They were the clear victors by a 19-4 margin over the Guy-Perkins Thunderbirds on Friday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their two-run performance the contest before.

Mayflower's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-13. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Guy-Perkins, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
