 Saturday just wasn't the day for Dexter's offense. They lost  15-0 to the Kennett Indians on Saturday. Dexter just can't catch a break and has now endured four losses in a row.
 For Kennett's part,  Handley McAtee was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only one  hit while striking out ten over four innings pitched. McAtee has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances. McAtee was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Emma Bodkin was a standout: she scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-1.  Lauren Barton was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
 Dexter's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Kennett, the  victory was  the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-6.
 As of now, neither Dexter nor Kennett have any future games scheduled.
