Football Recap: Stanfield Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Stanfield's offense. They had to suffer through a 50-0 loss at the hands of the Weston-McEwen TigerScots. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the TigerScots: they've now lost three in a row.

Stanfield's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Weston-McEwen, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Stanfield is taking a road trip to face off against Heppner at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Mustangs have now posted at least 31 points in their last three matchups. As for Weston-McEwen, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Enterprise at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
