Baseball Recap: Northwestern Comes Up Short

After soaring to 13 runs the game before, Northwestern was a bit more limited in their game on Monday. They came up short against the Indian Land Warriors, falling 11-1. The Trojans were not able to make up for their loss to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Northwestern's defeat dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Indian Land, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 20-4.

While Northwestern had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
