Football Recap: Firebaugh Takes a Loss

After soaring to 33 points the game before, Firebaugh was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They were outmatched by the Hawthorne Cougars and fell 54-7.

Firebaugh's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Hawthorne, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Firebaugh will head out to face off against Artesia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hawthorne, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Dominguez at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
