Volleyball Recap: Omaha Christian Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Omaha Christian had lost three straight at home, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 6-5 to make it four. They came up short against the College View Academy Eagles, falling 3-0. Guardians fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Eagles since Tuesday.

Ruby Colling paced Omaha Christian's offense, picking up nine kills. Colling got some help from Iahna Hendrick and her nine assists.

As for College View Academy, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2. That three set margin sets a new team best for them this season.

College View Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Alicia Carlson, who had 24 assists and ten digs. Dalayna Bogue was another key player, getting 22 digs and two assists.

Omaha Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Mead on the 25th. As for College View Academy, they will challenge Parkview Christian on Monday.
