Fossil Ridge put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Salpointe Catholic Lancers by a score of 2-0.

Leading Fossil Ridge to victory were Trinity Burchett and Shanin Pottle. Burchett had 16 digs, while Pottle had five digs and two assists. Those two assists gave Pottle a new career-high.

Despite the defeat, Salpointe Catholic had strong showings from Nicole Monge, who had 12 digs, and Reagan Burgle, who had ten digs.

Fossil Ridge's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Salpointe Catholic, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 16-1.

Fossil Ridge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Sacred Heart Prep on the 26th. As for Salpointe Catholic, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Millennium on the 26th.
