McDonald had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They blew past the Waterloo Vikings 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 4th.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: McDonald took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-12, 25-12.

Halle Kuntz paced McDonald's offense, picking up 11 kills. Kuntz got some help from Ava Salomone and her 16 assists. Ava Gallo controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

McDonald's victory bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Waterloo, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

McDonald has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Jackson-Milton on the 2nd. As for Waterloo, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Springfield on the 2nd.
