 The Cascade Cadets will play host again  on Tuesday to welcome the Beech Grove Hornets, where first pitch is scheduled  at 5:30  p.m. Cascade is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 6.9  runs per game  this season.
 Last Friday, Cascade had just enough and edged Indianapolis Lutheran out  11-10.
  Logan Howard looked comfortable as he  tossed 3.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   four  hits.
 On the hitting side,  Toby Savini was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three  runs, a  triple,  and  an  RBI.  Jonas Johnson was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for Beech Grove's offense. Their  rough  16-0 loss to Seymour  on Saturday might stick with them for a while. Beech Grove just can't catch a break and has now endured three defeats in a row.
 Cascade has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record  this season. As for Beech Grove, their loss dropped their record down to 1-11.
Beech Grove's pitching crew has a tough task ahead of them:  Cascade has hit smart this season,  having  averaged  an OBP of .435. It's a different story for Beech Grove, though, as  they've  only  averaged .302. Will they be able to contain Cascade's hitters?
