Football Game Preview: Half Moon Bay Cougars vs. Burlingame Panthers + Official Tickets

The Half Moon Bay Cougars will square off against the Burlingame Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Half Moon Bay is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games.

Half Moon Bay is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Terra Nova 59-28. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Cougars just coasted through the last quarter.

Meanwhile, Burlingame unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 24-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of San Mateo. The contest was a 7-7 toss-up at halftime, but the Panthers couldn't quite close it out.

Half Moon Bay will have to contain Danny O'Sullivan as he made an impact in Burlingame's last game. He picked up 56 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

The defeat was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 6-4. As for Half Moon Bay, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.
