Morgan came tearing into Tuesday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Utah Military Academy - Hill Field Thunderbirds with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on April 10th.

Morgan was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-13, 25-19.

Jack Komenda paced Morgan's offense, picking up 12 kills. Komenda got some help from Caleb Stephens and his 28 assists. Kevin Wangsgard controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Morgan's win bumped their record up to 19-8. As for Utah Military Academy - Hill Field, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-17.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Morgan beat the Thunderbirds by a score of 3-0 on Wednesday.
