Basketball Game Preview: Huron Chiefs vs. Grosse Ile Red Devils

Huron took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They put the hurt on Milan with a sharp 43-20 victory. That 23-point margin sets a new team best for the Chiefs this season.

Meanwhile, Grosse Ile was beaten by St. Mary Catholic Central 52-24 on Monday. The game marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Huron moved to 5-5 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Grosse Ile, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7.
