Rockwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 22nd straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Van Buren County Eagles, falling 18-11. On the bright side, the 11- run effort marked the Tigers' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Rockwood's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Van Buren County, their win bumped their record up to 14-5.

Rockwood wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 19-2 loss against Midway on the 23rd. As for Van Buren County, they are taking a road trip to challenge Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
