It was a good run, but Pisgah unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the West Henderson Falcons by a score of 3-1. The Bears were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Pisgah's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 6-4. As for West Henderson, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-5.

Pisgah didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-1 defeat against Tuscola on the 1st. As for West Henderson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 9-8 victory against Brevard on the 2nd.
