Softball Recap: East Helena Vigilantes vs. Lockwood LIONS

East Helena extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping their season record down to 2-7 in the process. They came up short against the Lockwood LIONS, falling 23-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the LIONS this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-4 on April 3rd.

Sara Dearing made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Taylor Field, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and one RBI.
