If Mount Vernon wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Columbus, they should've done a better job of containing Jaslyn Watts. The Blue Devils came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 2-0 on Saturday with plenty of help from Watts, who had 14 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Columbus has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-8 record this season. As for Mount Vernon, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Coincidentally, Columbus and Mount Vernon will both be playing St. Pius X Catholic the next time they take the court. The Blue Devils will head out to face the Golden Lions at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Mustangs will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
