Volleyball Recap: Myrtle Takes a Loss

Myrtle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Ingomar Falcons. If the Hawks were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Falcons when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Myrtle's loss dropped their record down to 2-7-1. As for Ingomar, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3-1 record this season.

Coincidentally, Myrtle and Ingomar will both be playing West Union the next time they take the court. The Falcons will head out to face the Eagles at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Hawks will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
