Dayton hadn't done well against Porter recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Dayton Broncos narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Porter Spartans 41-38. Winning may never get old, but the Broncos sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Dayton's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-6. As for Porter, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dayton will be home for the holidays to greet Splendora at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Porter, they will host Tarkington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
