Soccer Recap: St. David's Comes Up Short

St. David was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Trinity Academy Tigers, falling 6-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to St. David's of the 4-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

St. David's now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Trinity Academy, their win bumped their record up to 5-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. St. David's will challenge rival Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Trinity Academy is set to face off against their familiar foe GRACE Christian at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
