Soccer Game Preview: Foothill vs. Fullerton

The Foothill Knights are taking a road trip to take on the Fullerton Indians at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Foothill's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

On Monday, Foothill didn't have quite enough to beat Aliso Niguel and fell 2-1.

Meanwhile, Fullerton fell victim to Dana Hills and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dolphins.

Foothill's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-1. As for Fullerton, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Foothill beat Fullerton 4-2 when the teams last played back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
