The Buffalo Bison's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their 12th straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 80-43 loss at the hands of Eden Prairie. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Buffalo in their matchups with Eden Prairie: they've now lost nine in a row.
Rae Ehrman continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Eden Prairie, dropping a double-double on 26 points and 11 rebounds. Vanessa Jordan was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
Buffalo's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Eden Prairie, their win bumped their record up to 15-4.
Buffalo will head out on the road to challenge Edina at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Minnesota (Edina is ranked 173rd, while Buffalo is ranked 159th). As for Eden Prairie, they will be playing at home against Lakeville North at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
