Softball Recap: Apache Junction Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Apache Junction's offense. They came up short against the Poston Butte Broncos on Monday, falling 21-0. The Prospectors just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Apache Junction's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Poston Butte, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Coming up, Apache Junction will host Coolidge at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Poston Butte, they are taking a road trip to challenge Sahuaro at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Poston Butte is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.5 runs per game this season.
