The Latexo Tigers are on the road again on Friday to play the Mumford Mustangs at 5:30 p.m. Latexo will be strutting in after a victory while Mumford will be coming in after a defeat.
Latexo is headed into the match having just posted their biggest win since October 30, 2023 on Monday. They blew past Aggieland HomeSchool 3-0.

Meanwhile, Mumford entered their contest against Round Top-Carmine on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Mumford fell just short of Round Top-Carmine by a score of 3-2. It was the first time this season that the Mustangs let down their fans at home.
Mumford actually scored more points across those five sets (106-104), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 22-25, 17-25, 25-21, 15-12.
