Basketball Game Preview: Northport Mustangs vs. Columbia Lions + How To Watch

The Northport Mustangs are headed away from home for the first time to square off against the Columbia Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Northport's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

On Tuesday, Northport took a blow against Medical Lake, falling 91-64. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Cardinals recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 78-30, which was the final score in Columbia's tilt against Mary Walker on Tuesday.

Columbia's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Northport, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Everything came up roses for Northport against Columbia in their previous matchup back in January, as the squad secured a 101-23 win. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
