Volleyball Recap: Meridian Comes Up Short on the Road Against St. Louis

Meridian had to start their season on the road on Wednesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell just short of the St. Louis Sharks by a score of 2-1. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 11 in a row.

The victory got St. Louis back to even at 1-1.

Meridian has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Carrollton on the 20th. As for St. Louis, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against St. Charles on the 20th.
