North Mesquite took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They took down Seagoville 52-33. The victory was some much needed relief for the Stallions as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, you can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Wilson's strategy against Adams on Tuesday. Wilson enjoyed a cozy 42-23 win over Adams. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Wildcats as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Wilson pushed their record up to 11-7 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.7 points per game. As for North Mesquite, their record now sits at 7-8.

North Mesquite came up short against Wilson in their previous meeting back in November of 2017, falling 58-49. Can North Mesquite avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
