Soccer Recap: Swain County Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Swain County kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 7-1 to the North Buncombe Black Hawks. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Swain County were already down 4-1.

Coincidentally, Swain County and North Buncombe will both be playing Smoky Mountain the next time they take the pitch. The Black Hawks will head out to face the Mustangs at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Maroon Devils will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
