Heritage has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will face off against the Loganville Red Devils at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Heritage is not getting complacent considering they own a much higher rank in Georgia (they are ranked 99th, while Loganville is ranked 243rd).
Last Friday, Heritage's game was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They skirted past Flowery Branch 3-2. Three seems to be a good number for Heritage as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of goals in their previous game.
They hit Flowery Branch with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from

Tahjawnie Spence, and
Toree Davis.
Meanwhile, Loganville didn't have quite enough to beat Eastside on Tuesday and fell 2-1.
Heritage has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. As for Loganville, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-5.
Heritage skirted past Loganville 1-0 in their previous matchup back in March of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Heritage since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
