Colleton Prep Academy took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Dorchester Academy, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The War Hawks had just enough and edged out the Raiders 3-2 on Monday. The win was nothing new for the War Hawks as they're now sitting on three straight.

Colleton Prep Academy was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (106-92), but they still managed to win. The final score came out to 11-25, 25-22, 16-25, 25-22, 15-12.

Colleton Prep Academy's victory bumped their record up to 8-11-1. As for Dorchester Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Colleton Prep Academy will host St. John's Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dorchester Academy, they will welcome Faith Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
