Chase Jansen leads a balanced attack to beat Ramsey

Recap: Father McGivney Catholic Griffins vs. Ramsey Rams

The Father McGivney Catholic Griffins scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They walked away with a 79-68 win over Ramsey. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Father McGivney Catholic to victory, but perhaps none more so than Chase Jansen, who scored 27 points. Those 27 points set a new season-high mark for him. Nolan Keller was another key contributor, scoring 26 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.

Father McGivney Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Ramsey, their loss dropped their record down to 2-11.

Father McGivney Catholic will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Marissa/Coulterville at 7:30 p.m. on December 21st. Ramsey and Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City will round out the year against one another at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday at. Hopefully Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Saturday.
