Baseball Recap: Yreka Comes Up Short

Yreka was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 14-3 to the Twelve Bridges Rhinos.

Nathan Horvath made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Yreka's loss dropped their record down to 3-16-1. As for Twelve Bridges, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-4.

Coming up, Yreka will welcome University Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Twelve Bridges, they will head out to challenge Placer at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
