Basketball Recap: Ross Now 9-2 over Last 11 Games

Ross won the last time they faced Bowling Green and things went their way on Friday too. The Ross Little Giants walked away with a 59-47 win over the Bowling Green Bobcats. Given the Little Giants' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 221st, while the Bobcats are ranked 566th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Ross has also been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.6 points per game. As for Bowling Green, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

Ross is taking a road trip to face off against Napoleon at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bowling Green, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Columbian at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
