Basketball Recap: Berean Academy Eagles vs. Tennessee Christian Prep Hawks
The Berean Academy Eagles can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent game on Monday. They breezed by Tennessee Christian Prep on the road to the tune of 62-20. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 32-11.
Austen Harvey was his usual excellent self, scoring 20 points. He hasn't dropped below 20 points for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Ryan Stansifer, who scored 11 points.
The victory was the third in a row for Berean Academy, bringing their record for this year to 15-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.7 points per game. As for Tennessee Christian Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
Berean Academy will head out on the road to square off against the Pumas at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dalton Academy will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive. Tennessee Christian Prep will take on the at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
