Volleyball Recap: Waldron Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mansfield, Waldron was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Union Christian Academy Eagles by a score of 3-1. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 1-0 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2019.

The victory got Waldron back to even at 1-1. As for Union Christian Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Waldron will face off against Fountain Lake at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give the Bulldogs their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Union Christian Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Wright Christian on the 29th.
