Eagle River won the last time they faced Chugiak and things went their way on Monday too. The Wolves walked away with a 9-5 victory over the Mustangs. With that win, the Wolves brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.
Liam Lierman was excellent, going 2-for-5 with two runs and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian (CJ) Budeshefsky, who earned two runs and three stolen bases.
The victory made it two in a row for Eagle River and bumps their season record up to 6-2-1.
