Volleyball Recap: Foster's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Foster hadn't done well against Friendswood recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Falcons came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 2-0. The victory was familiar territory for the Falcons, who have now won four matchups in a row.

Emerson Lechler paced Foster's offense, picking up 13 kills. Lechler got some help from Reagan Knipling and her 20 assists.

Foster's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Friendswood, their loss dropped their record down to 10-4.

Foster wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Dickinson on the 23rd. As for Friendswood, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Clear Falls on the 22nd.
