Mynderse Academy proved they can win big last Saturday (they won by three) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Geneva Panthers, sneaking past 1-0. Mynderse Academy haven't had any issues with Geneva recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-0-2. As for Geneva, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mynderse Academy is set to square off against their familiar foe Wayne at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
