Volleyball Recap: Whiteland Triumphs

Whiteland lost to Kalamazoo Central on Saturday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Warriors came out on top against the Maroon Giants by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Their offense was headlined by Dean Rodgers and Jackson Gardner, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Henry Zauk and his 13 assists.

Whiteland's win bumped their record up to 7-18. As for Kalamazoo Central, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Whiteland has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Suburban Christian on the 3rd. Kalamazoo Central has also already played their next match (against Portage Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
