It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but West Anchorage had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They never let the Wasilla Warriors get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. The result was nothing new for West Anchorage, who have now won ten contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Wasilla with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Musa Marrah (2), Noah Robinson, and Luca Driscoll.

West Anchorage is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-2-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 54 goals over those 11 games. As for Wasilla, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-9-3 record this season.
