Softball Recap: Thunder Basin Takes a Loss

While it was Thunder Basin who put the first runs on the board on Saturday, it was Wheatland who put up more. The Bolts lost 12-2 to the Bulldogs. The match marked the Bolts' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Thunder Basin saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Madlyn Means, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Means has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times she's played.

This is the second loss in a row for Thunder Basin and nudges their season record down to 17-4. As for Wheatland, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.
