Fans got a thrill when Darrien Wise and Marquis Williams connected against Calhoun Falls Charter. The longest such play in A Region IV this season, the connection resulted in 75 yards.
North was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in the league. Earlier in the week, the Eagles defeated the Blue Flashes 44-22.

Ridge Spring-Monetta scaled the state rankings by moving to 123 from 156 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Trojans were able to make move up by beating McCormick 46-12.
