Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Williamstown). They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Heritage Academy Eagles on Thursday, sneaking past 7-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Demons.

Williamstown's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Heritage Academy, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-4.

Coming up, Williamstown will be playing in front of their home fans against Frankfort Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Royals have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 19.25 runs per game on average), something the Demons will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Heritage Academy, they will face off against Menifee County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
