The Sunrise Mountain Mustangs came tearing into Monday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2 goals) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Kellis by a score of 4-2. That's another feather in the cap for Sunrise Mountain, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
They hit Kellis with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Jeobanny Jimenez,
Gavin Richert,
Sayan Hobbi, and
Connor Halley.
Sunrise Mountain's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-4-2. As for Kellis, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-7.
Sunrise Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kellis also has no future games currently scheduled.
