Season Preview:
With their top two players out for the 2018-19 season with injuries, the Panthers of Paul VI battled admirably, winning 27 games against a national schedule and claiming a WCAC co-championship.

At full strength to start 2019-20, expect the talented guard-oriented group to challenge for its third consecutive WCAC regular season championship and much more.

Roach was one of those to miss the season because of a torn ACL, He figures to come out hungry and lead a loaded backcourt onto the national spotlight.

Alongside Roach, first-team MaxPreps Sophomore All-American Keels, first team MaxPreps Freshman All-American McDaniel, sharpshooter Freeman and big man Coleman should fill out the starting five.

Facing a challenging non-conference schedule that includes showdowns with No. 2 IMG Academy, No. 3 Sierra Canyon, No. 16 Wasatch Academy and a trip to the Bass Pro Tournament of Champions, look for the Panthers' four-guard rotation to give opponents trouble all season.
