Kennedy Orlando continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 20 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Annapolis' points.
Annapolis' victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Melvindale, they dropped their record down to 0-8 with that defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Annapolis will face off against Garden City at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Garden City is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak. As for Melvindale, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Redford Union at 5:00 p.m. Redford Union has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
