Soccer Preview: Herndon vs. Edison
The Herndon Hornets will head out on the road to face off against the Edison Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Thursday, Herndon didn't have quite enough to beat South Lakes and fell 2-1.
Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Edison's offense. They wound up on the wrong side of a rough 3-0 walloping at the hands of George C. Marshall last Thursday. Edison has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Having lost for the first time this season, Herndon fell to 2-1. As for Edison, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2-2.
