Football Recap: Ramapo Beats Ketcham for Their Fourth Straight Win

Ketcham came into Thursday's contest looking for another win against Ramapo, but Nahum Pierre wouldn't allow it. The Gryphons secured a 35-29 W over the Storm on Thursday for which the team can thank Pierre, who rushed for 213 yards and three TDs while picking up 7.6 yards per carry, and also threw for 44 yards and one touchdown. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 65 yards.

The win was the fourth in a row for Ramapo, bringing their record up to 4-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 35.5 points over those games. As for Ketcham, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Ramapo didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 29-22 defeat against Suffern on the 6th. Ketcham does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
