Catholic - N.I. won the last time they faced Patterson and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Panthers put the hurt on the Lumberjacks with a sharp 12-2 win. Considering the Panthers have won eight matchups by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Catholic - N.I. and bumps their season record up to 8-10-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.5 runs over those games. As for Patterson, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-7.

Catholic - N.I. wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 15-14 defeat against Zachary on the 9th. As for Patterson, they will challenge South Terrebonne at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
