Volleyball Recap: Concordia Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Concordia had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Wamego Red Raiders. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Concordia never let Wamego on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-18.

Kynlee Hamel paced Concordia's offense, picking up eight kills. Hamel got some help from Rylie Jessup and her 12 assists. Charlize Cash controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Concordia's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Wamego, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Red Raiders beat Concordia by a score of 2-0 later that day.
