Football Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Friendswood + How To Watch

If Kingwood Park wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Friendswood, they should've done a better job of containing Gianni Gerami. The Mustangs enjoyed a cozy 34-20 victory over the Panthers on Thursday for which the team can thank Gerami, who picked up 61 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. He also hauled in two receiving touchdowns, marking his first of the season.

The win (which was Friendswood's third in a row) raised their record to 5-4. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.3 points on average over those games. As for Kingwood Park, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
